Junior Infants have been having fun doing obstacle courses in PE

Aistear Fun!

We have been very busy in CJ’s class this month. We are learning new sounds daily and we have started writing sentences to. We are having lots of fun in Aistear. Our theme for this month is ‘People who help us’. The class have been using their imaginations and creative thinking at our different stations engaging with this theme. In roleplay, we have the doctor’s surgary, in small world we are playing with the fire stations, in construction we are having enjoying sandplay and building using blocks. We also had an exciting visitor to the school last week, Michael the firefighter. He brought in his oxygen tank and we got to try it on. He also gave us lots of tips on how to keep safe.
