Pancake Tuesday ?
We celebrated Pancake Tuesday this week. Did you know, that in Scotland, they make drop scones instead of pancakes. Drop scones are smaller in size, but thicker and fluffier. We tried some drop scones in Clíodhna’s class and they were delicious!
